Hiking from Hagley

Having a fantastic landscape on your doorstep provides excellent opportunities for walking. We are surrounded by inspiring countryside - the Quantocks, Brendon and Blackdown Hills and of course Exmoor itself.

The area is renowned for its wildlife; Red Deer, Otters, Badgers, a huge variety of birds and the indigenous Exmoor ponies.

There is a choice of established way marked routes including The West Deane Way, the inspirational Coleridge Way and the start of the South West Coastal Path is just ten miles away. We cater for all levels from full day hikes over Exmoor hills to a gentle stroll along the Great Western Canal tow path.

We can provide maps, information, packed lunches, transport your luggage and pick you up at the end of your walk just in time for your farmhouse supper! Whatever your interest – walking, clay pigeon shooting, making cheese or a relaxing retreat from a busy lifestyle we look forward to welcoming you to our farm and home.
